Mushroom Powered Honey Oat Latte 2 Ways
These are simple, quick and delicious ways to incorporate some functional mushrooms into your day. Take a break and blend up a Latte!
- 8 oz. Barista Blend Oat Milk or milk of choice*
- 1 heaping tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Mushroom Coffee stick
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Coffee Alternative Version
- 1 heaping tsp Dandy Blend roasted dandelion root
- 1 scoop Cordyceps Mushroom powder
- Heat milk on medium to medium high heat in a small saucepan.
- Add base ingredients to the milk.
- Choose your version and add the remaining ingredients.
- Use an electric frother or blender to mix together.
- Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy!
*Barista Blend Oat milk provides the richest experience, but I’ve also used unsweetened regular Oat milk and it’s just as tasty!
