Beetroot Mushroom Latte
Enjoy this pretty-in-pink latte powered with beetroot and lion’s mane.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tbsp beet root powder
- 1 tspĀ LION’S MANE Extract
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into small saucepan on medium heat. Heat until just starting to boil.
- Add hot liquid to high speed blender. Let steam release before blending. Blend for 60
seconds until fully mixed. - Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy!
