Chaga Chocolate Smoothie
The power of Chaga, the happiness of chocolate, and a nice dose of healthy fats. Chaga Chocolate smoothie is a perfect way to start your day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 Tbsp seed or nut butter
- 1 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- 6 dates
- 1 tsp CHAGA extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
PREPARATION
- Mix all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Non-dairy milk can be anything, but we like coconut milk.
