Anti-Inflammatory Energy Smoothie
Exercise takes a toll on the body. Refresh, re-energize and recover with this delicious mushroom powered smoothie. Includes turmeric for easing sore joints, and Cordyceps extract for an energy boost.
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- dash of black pepper
- 1 inch of ginger, peeled
- 1 inch fresh turmeric, peeled
- 1 dash of ceylon cinnamon
- 1-2 grams CORDYCEPS extract
- 3/4 cup water
- 5 ice cubes
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Best enjoyed as a post-workout refreshment.
