Dairy-Free Queso Sauce with Lion’s Mane
- 1 cup macadamia nuts or cashews, soaked for 30 minutes and rinsed
- 1 cup water or just enough to blend
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup green chilis
- 1 Tbsp. chickpea miso
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. chilli seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. LION’S MANE extract
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. mineral salt or to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Store in a glass jar. It will last up to 2 weeks.
