I don’t know when this article was published but I would like to know about recommended dosages and forms. My local health food store sell a few different versions. I think one is an extract put in oil. I think they also have the powdered type. Is one better?

Hey Sam! We recommend starting with 1 gram per day of mushroom extract powder. Some people take more (3 grams per day is not uncommon) but it really depends on what works for you. There are lots of different methods of growing, extracting, and processing that can all make a difference in dosage and effectiveness.
