Reishi Yakitori Skewers
These tasty immune enhanced skewers will definitely leave you wanting more!
- ⅓ cup tamari
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 2 scoops FreshCap Reishi powder
- 3 chicken thighs, sliced into think strips
- 6 green onions
- Mix ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently until slightly reduced.
- Pour cooled sauce over chopped raw chicken and green onions to marinade for 2 hours to overnight.
- Thread marinated chicken and green onions onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Once the grill is hot add skewers and grill for four minutes on each side or until done.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
