This mushroom boosted sang-reishi is a quick and refreshing way to impress all of your friends this summer! 🍄🍷
1 large orange, sliced ¼-inch thick
1 lemon, sliced ¼-inch thick
1 lime, sliced ¼-inch thick
2 cups red grapes, halved
2 cups strawberries, halved
3 cups red grape or cranberry juice
3 cups orange juice
1 tsp Reishi mushroom extract powder
- Combine grape juice, orange juice and reishi powder in a medium bowl or small pitcher. Stir with spoon or small hand mixer until well combined.
- In your serving pitcher, add all chopped fresh fruit. Pour juice mixture overtop and chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Stir Sangria mixture well before serving. When ready to serve, add ice to each glass and pour sangria mixture until glass is ¾ full. Top with sparkling water. Enjoy.
