Lion’s Mane Matcha Latte
Is there a better brain boosting duo than the Matcha and Lions Mane?
I certainly don’t think so…
Matcha provides calm, focused energy while lions mane supports clarity and mental focus. Pair it with a little morning movement and you’re extra golden!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Ounces Filtered Water
- 1/2 tsp Matcha
- 1/2 tsp LION’S MANE extract
- Nut milk of choice (we like almond milk)
Optional: Add collagen and acacia fiber for gut health and protein.
PREPARATION
- Mix first three ingredients together and blend with a handheld whisk.
- Fill glass 2/3 with ice.
- Pour nut milk of choice on top.
